How to Enable Item Specific KOT/BOT Ticket Printing

Description

  • Under Item-Specific Ticket Generation, each ordered product generates its own Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) or Bar Order Ticket (BOT).
  • By implementing this feature, Easy POS empowers restaurants and food establishments to optimize their kitchen workflows, improve order accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Steps

  1. POS App main menu
  2. Select “ Settings ”
  3. Select “Printers”
  4. Click on the already created printer or Click the “Add (+) button
  5. Tick ON “Print KOT / BOT”
  6. Tick ON “print single product per KOT/BOT”
  7. Click SAVE

Special Note

  • This feature is compatible with version 111.8 and higher.
