Easy POS is a service operated by Retail IT (Pvt) Ltd, Sumathi Court, 491 Galle Road, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka. We can be reached at marketing@retailit.lk or +94 112 352 326.

This policy describes what information we collect when you use our marketing site (this page) and the Easy POS application, why we collect it, and your choices.

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us — when you fill the “Talk to Sales” form, start a free trial, or contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Typical fields: business name, your name, phone, email, industry, and any message you write.
• Information collected automatically — when you visit this site we receive standard logs (IP address, browser, referring page, pages viewed) and, if you accept analytics, anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
• Information generated inside Easy POS — sales, products, customers, staff, and reports your business records in the application. This belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service.

• To respond to enquiries and run a free trial in your shop.
• To deliver, maintain, and support the Easy POS service.
• To improve our products and the marketing site.
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Sri Lankan law.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

The Easy POS application stores and processes your business data on cloud infrastructure operated by Retail IT (Pvt) Ltd. We also use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel on this marketing site (only if you have not opted out via your browser's tracking-protection or our cookie controls). Lead submissions are forwarded to a Google Form so the sales team is notified by email.

Lead data is kept for as long as we are in active conversation with you, and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up. Application data lives for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days, after which it is deleted unless legally required to retain. You may request deletion at any time by emailing the address above.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or object to a particular use, by emailing marketing@retailit.lk. We will respond within a reasonable time and at most within 30 days.

We'll update this page when our practices change. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
