How to Sync Offline Receipts in Easy POS

Easy POS allows you to continue billing even without an internet connection using Offline Mode. Follow these steps to sync your offline receipts once you’re back online:

Steps to Sync

  1. Open the POS App
  2. Identify Offline Receipts
  3. Connect to the Internet
  4. Sync to the Cloud

Important Notes

  • Offline Mode supports only basic receipt processing. Some advanced functions require an internet connection.
  • Do not uninstall the app or clear its data while receipts are offline. Doing so may cause unsynced receipts to be lost permanently.

Once synced, your receipts will be available in the Back Office for reporting and record-keeping.
