- Select an order and choose Accept or Reject.
- To process an accepted order, tap View, check the details, and complete the payment if necessary.
- For prepaid orders, the system will finalize the order automatically.
How to View Shopify Orders in the Easy POS Backoffice
You can track and manage all online orders from the Easy POS Backoffice, where you can also download reports for record-keeping.
- Log in to Easy POS Backoffice.
- Go to Reports > Digital Orders.
- View order status:
- Download reports in PDF or CSV format as needed.
Now, your Shopify store is integrated with Easy POS, allowing you to manage orders efficiently from both the POS app and Backoffice.
Special Notes
- Always use Easy POS as the master system—do not create products directly in Shopify after integration.
- Ensure product codes, names, and IDs match between Easy POS and Shopify to prevent duplication and sync errors.
- Product images should ideally be uploaded via the WebStore Products section for better quality.
- Regularly backup Easy POS data before making major changes to avoid data loss.
- One-way sync is enforced: Easy POS → Shopify only. Shopify changes will not reflect back in Easy POS.
