How to Check Customers' Last Visit Date

  • Easy POS allows you to check customers' last visit date. By including the last visited date in customer reports, businesses can enhance customer relationship management and implement targeted marketing strategies.

  • Login to POS Back Office Webportal

  • Select “ Customer” from main menu

  • Go to the “Customer Base”

  • Click on the “Last Visit Date”

(Customer report can be downloaded PDF or CSV format by clicking the “Export” button)
