TOG (Transfer of Goods) refers to the process of moving stock items from one store or location to another within your business. It helps manage inventory across multiple branches by tracking the movement of goods between them.
Perform a Transfer of Goods ( TOG )
- Move stocks between your stores and view the history of transfers.
- Transfer of Goods can be done via both POS App side and Backoffice Webportal.
Perform a Transfer of Goods ( TOG )
- Login to Easy POS Back Office Webportal - https://easypos.lk/
- Select “ Inventory ” from main menu
- Go to the “ Transfer Of Goods”
- Click “ Create Transfer Of Goods ” button
- Select relevant FROM location shop and TO location shop from dropdown
- Select the relevant product from dropdown
- Enter the relevant transfer quantity
- Click ( +) button
- Click “ CREATE ” button
How to Perform a Transfer of Goods (TOG) via POS App
- Open the POS App Launch the Easy POS App on your device.
- Go to Inventory From the main menu, tap on "Inventory".
- Select Transfer of Goods Tap on "Transfer of Goods" from the Inventory options.
- Click Create TOG Tap on the "Create TOG" button to initiate a new transfer.
- Select Destination (TO) Shop Choose the destination shop (To location) from the dropdown list.
- Select Product Category Choose the relevant product category.
- Select Product Pick the specific product you want to transfer.
- Enter Quantity Input the transfer quantity.
- Add to List Tap "Add to List" to include the product in the transfer.
- View List Tap "View List" to review all added products.
- Click Save Once everything is correct, tap "Save" to complete the transfer.
Special Note
Before performing a Transfer of Goods, please ensure that the product exists and is active in both the source (From) and destination (To) locations. If the product is not available or has been disabled in either location, you must first enable it by editing the product details before proceeding with the transfer.
