How to Set Up Gkash for Online Payments in Web Store
Gkash is a digital payment platform from Malaysia. Easy POS now supports Gkash for Web Store (QR Ordering) feature. It is not available for normal billing or receipts yet.
This article will guide you step by step on how to set up Gkash to accept online payments through your Web Store.
Step 1: Set Up the Web Store
Before setting up Gkash, you must first activate the Web Store / QR Ordering feature.

After setting up, make sure the Open Orders feature is turned on.
Activate
Step 2: Activate "Open Orders"
- Login to your Backoffice Web Portal
- Go to Settings
- Click on Features
- Tick the box for Open Orders
- Click Save
Enable Payment Gateways
Step 3: Enable Payment Gateways
- Go to Settings
- Select Features
- Tick the box for Payment Gateways
- Click Save
Now you will see "Payment Gateways" in the Settings section (it will have a “NEW” label).
Add Gkash as a Payment Gateway
Step 4: Add Gkash as a Payment Gateway
- Go to Settings > Payment Gateways
- Click Add Payment Gateway
- Select Gkash from the dropdown
- Enter your Merchant ID
- Enter the Secret Key / Signature Key
- Click Save
Add Gkash as a Payment Type
Step 5: Add Gkash as a Payment Type
- Go to Settings > Payment Types
- Click Add Payment Type
- Enter a name (e.g., Gkash Online)
- Tick Payment Gateway Enable
- Select Gkash as the payment gateway
- Go to Additional Options
- Tick the box for QR/Web Store
- Click Save
Create or Edit Your Web Store
Step 6: Create or Edit Your Web Store
- Go to Settings > Features
- Tick the box for QR/Web Store
- Click Save
Now you’ll see QR/Web Store in the Settings section.
- Click QR/Web Store
- Click Generate QR / Create Web Store
- Select Web Store URL from the dropdown
- Fill in the other details
- Tick the box for Accept Online Payment
- Select Gkash from the Ecommerce Payment Type dropdown
- Click Save
✅ If you already have a Web Store created, simply edit it, turn on Accept Online Payment, and select Gkash.
Share the Web Store Link
Final Step: Share the Web Store Link
Now copy your Web Store URL and share it with your online customers.
When customers add items to the cart and proceed to checkout, they will see Gkash as a payment option.
